2. Client Deliverables
Upon full payment and completion of a project, Steelzz transfers to the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their business use only, subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service and service agreements.
Until payment is received in full, all intellectual property created by Steelzz remains the exclusive property of Steelzz Development.
We retain the right to reuse non-client-specific assets, frameworks, libraries, and development methodologies in future projects.
3. Portfolio & Attribution Rights
Steelzz reserves the right to showcase completed projects, designs, and branding assets in our public portfolio, marketing materials, social media, and case studies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We also reserve the right to include a discreet "Designed by Steelzz Development" link in the website footer unless contractually waived.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- •Reverse engineer or decompile our code or designs
- •Resell or sublicense our work or templates
- •Present Steelzz's work as your own or without attribution (unless attribution has been waived by agreement)
- •Extract or scrape code, content, or imagery from our website for redistribution
