Terms of Service

Steelzz Development offers professional digital services, including but not limited to:

• •Website Development
• •Website Design
• •Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• •Page Speed Optimisation
• •Technical Consultation

We may assist in setting up and connecting third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, analytics, plugins), but we do not sell, supply, or take responsibility for the performance, functionality, reliability, or ongoing operation of any third-party platform. All such third-party engagements are the sole responsibility of the client.

By requesting a quote, submitting a form, initiating payment, or using any part of our services, you:

• •Confirm that you are over 18 and have the authority to enter into contracts
• •Agree to be legally bound by these Terms
• •Acknowledge that Steelzz may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice

Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Clients are solely responsible for:

• •Providing all necessary content, assets, branding, images, and copy in a timely manner
• •Ensuring all content supplied is legally owned or licensed
• •Reviewing and approving all deliverables before deployment

You guarantee that:

• •All provided materials are owned or fully licensed for use
• •You indemnify Steelzz against any claims arising from infringement of third-party rights

All work created by Steelzz (including but not limited to code, design, branding, animations, documentation, and strategy) remains the sole property of Steelzz Development until full payment is received.

Upon full payment:

• •You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the final deliverables solely for your business
• •Steelzz retains the right to reuse non-client-specific components, code structures, or internal tools
• •We reserve the right to display your project in our portfolio, showcase, or case studies unless agreed otherwise in writing

A discreet "Made by Steelzz" footer credit may be included. Requests for removal must be agreed upon prior to project commencement.

Accepted payment structures:

• •100% upfront
• •50/50 split (50% before work begins, 50% upon completion)

Invoices must be paid by the date specified. Failure to do so may result in:

• •Late fees of 5% per 7-day period overdue
• •Suspension or deletion of the website, files, or services
• •Legal action or debt recovery, with all associated costs borne by the client

Due to the digital nature of services and resource allocation, all payments are non-refundable unless agreed upon in writing. Early project cancellation does not warrant a refund of paid deposits.

Once a project phase or final design is approved by the client:

• •Any further changes or revisions may incur additional charges at Steelzz's discretion
• •Requests for additional features or out-of-scope changes must be submitted in writing and approved in a separate statement of work

We may integrate or suggest third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS platforms, email marketing systems). However:

• •You acknowledge that we are not responsible for these tools' availability, data handling, or service interruptions
• •All third-party tools and platforms are subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies

All services are provided "as is" and "as available". Steelzz does not guarantee:

• •SEO rankings or increased traffic
• •Financial outcomes (leads, sales, conversions)
• •100% uptime, speed, or site performance (especially with third-party hosts)
• •Bug-free code post client-side alterations or third-party interference

Steelzz Development shall not be liable for:

• •Loss of profits, revenue, or business
• •Data corruption or loss
• •Downtime or server issues
• •Reputational damage
• •Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

Our liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Steelzz Development and its contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from:

• •Your use or misuse of our services
• •Any breach of these Terms
• •Your supplied content or materials

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services, access, or deliverables if:

• •Payments are not received
• •You breach these Terms
• •You misuse the platform or abuse our team
• •Legal compliance requires it

Upon termination:

• •All rights and licenses are revoked
• •Steelzz may remove or disable access to any service or codebase
• •Outstanding payments become immediately due

Clients may not:

• •Repurpose, resell, or redistribute any deliverables or derivative works without written permission
• •Reverse engineer or copy Steelzz code or frameworks for use in competitive offerings

Steelzz will not be held liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• •Natural disasters
• •War or terrorism
• •Internet or power outages
• •Cyberattacks or third-party failures

These Terms, together with any signed agreements or statements of work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Steelzz Development. They supersede all previous discussions or agreements.

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of England and Wales. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheffield, United Kingdom for any legal dispute.
